Transnational Partner Meeting – 1st (Kick-off) meeting in Budapest

The kick-off transnational partner meeting of the FAME project was organised in Budapest hosted by the coordinator Budapest Business School (BBS) on 23-24 January 2017. All the six partners of the consortium participated at the meeting delegating 1 or 2 persons each (except BBS, as host participated with more than 5 persons). Managers/Coordinators and nominated training module leaders were there at the famous Lotz Room of the Budapest Business School’s Markó Street Building. The first meeting is always the most important one in the implementation process of the projects. The participating partners reviewed the accepted project proposal, the work plan and the budget and decided on the main responsibilities of the partners – nominations for the leaders if the training material development teams, work package leaders for dissemination, exploitation, quality management and piloting actions. All the work packages were discussed and the tasks and timing of the first project period (first six months till the second transnational partner meeting) were accepted and agrees – as Collating issues, Preparation for the training material development, first Dissemination and Quality Management actions. It means ‘action planning’, the agreement on the deadlines and responsibilities of the tasks for the next project period.
