Fourth Transnational Partner Meeting in Cracow

The fourth transnational partner meeting of the FAME project was organised in Cracow hosted by the Polish partner, Cracow University of Economics on 26-27 April 2018. Five partners participated at the meeting delegating 1 to 4 persons, and the representative of MAC-Team had a Skype presentation online about the quality management issues at the second day of the meeting (he was absent due to illness). Several important issues were discussed at the meeting by the coordinators and the leaders of the module development teams. The module leaders introduced the final version of the module handbooks, and the e-learning experts of BBS presented the first materials of the online training materials with short interview films. The participants reviewed the work-based learning elements of the project and agreed on the completion of the necessary country specific elements to the training materials. A unique part of the meeting was the video shooting to the e-learning materials – recording 1 minute long introductions by the module leaders to the four training modules (Brian Jones from Leeds Beckett University to the Fundamentals of SME Management module, Judit Sági from Budapest Business School to the Entrepreneurial Finances module, Jan Brzozowski and Romana Paszkowska from Cracow University of Economics to the Family Business Governance, Human Resources and Immigrant’s Integration and to the Transition Issues modules). Besides partners also discussed project management, quality management and dissemination/exploitation issues as always. The meeting closed with the action planning, the agreement on the deadlines and responsibilities of the tasks for the next project period.
